
Jennifer Langton is a strategic executive and advisor whose career spans finance, technology, and innovation. Since 2023, she has served on the Board of the UVA School of Data Science, highlighting her commitment to leadership and innovation.
As Founder and CEO of Jennifer Langton Inc., she advises CEOs and boards on future-ready operating models and responsible AI adoption. A frequent speaker on innovation, she focuses on her CTG Blueprint™, translating complex technological shifts into human-centered adoption, sustainable growth, and measurable real-world impact.
As Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation at the NFL, Jennifer co-created the AI-powered Digital Athlete with AWS. This landmark application of machine learning earned the 2025 Best in Athlete Performance Technology award from Sports Business Journal. She also led a $60M engineering roadmap for position-specific helmets; together, these projects contributed to a historic 25% multi-year concussion reduction and the lowest number of concussions on record in 2024. For these breakthroughs, AWS named her one of its "Women of the Cloud."
Previously, Jennifer served as Vice President of Finance for Business Ventures at the NFL, architecting data-driven commercial strategies that secured the league’s first $1B apparel portfolio. She also served as CFO of Atari, restoring profitability to the $150M business, and held finance leadership roles across media, marketing, and advisory firms.
A dedicated advocate for women’s health and education, Jennifer serves on the Katz Women’s Institute advisory board at Northwell Health. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she was a Division I lacrosse athlete. Committed to the next generation, she established the Jennifer Langton Bicentennial Scholars Fund at UVA to support female student-athletes.
