Notably, she was instrumental in negotiating a $1 billion deal for NFL Apparel rights, which achieved a remarkable 99% increase in value and 84% growth in the first year. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in launching the first successful two-game series in London.

Prior to her roles at the NFL, Jennifer was the Chief Financial Officer for North America at Atari, where she built and implemented a transformative strategic plan that restored profitability for a $150 million business. This comprehensive plan included company restructuring, a merger transaction, and the establishment of new licensing deals. She has also held various finance leadership positions across media, marketing, advisory, and law firms.

Jennifer holds an MBA from NYU Stern and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where she excelled as a Division One athlete on the Women's Lacrosse team. In 2020, she was honored on National Girls and Women in Sports Day for "Breaking Down Barriers" as a UVA Women’s Lacrosse athlete. Recently, she joined the board of UVA's School of Data Science, highlighting her commitment to innovation and leadership. Additionally, she established the Jennifer Langton Bicentennial Scholars Fund at UVA to support a deserving young female lacrosse student-athlete.

Jennifer has also been recognized by AWS as a distinguished leader for her transformative contributions to the NFL.
